A Disaster Notice is a critical fundamental plugin issue.
In theory, you should never see a disaster notice.

An Error Notice is a plugin integrity issue.
In theory, you should never see an error notice.

A Warning Notice is a plugin status and worth knowing.
In theory, it is not the end-of-the-world, but needs attention.

An Ok Notice is a plugin status and worth knowing.
Success for a completed Task (Limit / Action).

An Information Notice is a helpful hint, when plugin changes.
No action required, unless you disagree with it.
